This is Raine:
, an elemental elf of water ^^
And Nuuron is a water demon. He has also an elemental form, this is why his hand is blue ^^
They're creating a water ball while it's snowing ^^

's contest: OC WINTER CONTEST - Final Days! New Entry!
Hello everyone! It's that time of year when the air becomes colder and snowflakes begin to fall from the heavens, the landscape becomes covered by a blanket of white.. (depending on where you are in the world that is. :'D ) So, do you know what that calls for?! That's right an OC Winter/Yule/Christmas Contest! (I decided to launch the contest eight days ahead of schedule since the positive results on my recent polls asked for them.)

Very beautiful indeed! I really love the use of colour and the textures. 
I feel a sense of calm in their facial expressions as they both shape the sphere of water, though Raine seems almost weary. I also really love what you have Raine wearing.
